The Challenge:
The Seat Doctors faced a challenge. They knew Google Ads was hugely beneficial to their business, they had already been running them with some success driving traffic and sales to their online storefront.
But, like all small business owners, they were short on time.
To grow this ad account, and in turn their revenue, would take precious time each week of not only actually managing the account, but the time needed to really sit down and learn all of the ins and outs of managing an account properly.
How do you find the time to manage your ads, keep up with the changes, and monitor the account daily to ensure your money is being used most effectively?
Either you take time away from important aspects of your business, or you hire someone to handle it for you.
They chose the latter. Read on to see how we were able to help them not only save time but increase sales and profit!
The Solution:
For them, the solution was easy: paid management.
This allows them to not worry about all of the things needed to effectively advertise:
Writing ads.
Selecting or removing keywords.
Testing variations of keywords, ads, bid strategies, and more.
Implementing new campaigns.
Keeping up with the changing digital marketing landscape.
Not to mention:
Daily monitoring
Reporting
Constant refinement and testing to ensure that not only is money being spent as effectively as possible, but sales aren’t being missed and lost to competitors.
What we were able to do for them:
After speaking with Andy, owner at Seat Doctors, we decided on the following strategy:
Get the account cleaned up. This included a full audit of keywords, ads, placements, and so much more.
Implement the suggestions discussed: we not only went through and cleaned up keywords that were wasting ad spend, we rewrote ads that were more compelling and increased the click through rate, and found additional, new keywords to help drive even more traffic and sales.
After we restructured the account, we were able to move into creating more campaigns and expanding their Google Ads account to increase conversions even more.
In addition, they get a report sent directly to their email on a regular basis detailing where their ad spend is going and what kind of results it’s getting them.
The Results:
Lots and lots of work has gone into the account since I took over management for them. So what kind of results have we seen? Well, the graphic at the beginning of this post lays it out pretty well:
19% increase in return on ad spend.
11% decrease in cost per conversion
207% increase in total conversions
231% increase in total conversion value
There are also other benefits to consider:
Peace of mind. They know there is someone watching the account and making sure it does what it should, as well as fixing problems as soon as they pop up.
Saved time. They don't have to worry about logging in daily to check numbers (although they still can if they’re curious), and he definitely doesn’t have to worry about writing ads, doing keyword research, and learning how to use various bid strategies and campaign types to make their advertising dollars work for them. It just happens while they watch their sales increase.
